I paid extra for 3 to 7 day shipping. When I contacted them late on the seventh day my order had not even been processed and i was told that it would be done soon. Three weeks later my order still had not been shipped and I asked for a refund of the extra I paid for Express shipping since it was not actually available. They blamed it on FedEx even though it had not even been shipped yet and told me express was actually 10 to 15 days (it had already been 20). I was told they would not refund the extra shipping but would give me a discount on my next order. It took over two months before I got my order. The products were fine but, I will not be ordering anything thing from this company again.

Everything arrived as expected. I love my masks... and I never thought I would ever need to say that!!! But still, They're great.

Shipping take a couple weeks, but the product was shipped, delivered, and exactly what I was looking for.

Fast service, excellent products as described, love them.

Great face masks exactly as they looked online. And fast delivery considering it was from a different country. Highly recommend.

Shipping was fast but the seems on the masks rubs on my nose and mouth where it hurts. I'm not happy with any of the masks. I do love the tassel cover.
