Masques pas très biens surtout celui en plastique!

I paid extra for 3 to 7 day shipping. When I contacted them late on the seventh day my order had not even been processed and i was told that it would be done soon. Three weeks later my order still had not been shipped and I asked for a refund of the extra I paid for Express shipping since it was not actually available. They blamed it on FedEx even though it had not even been shipped yet and told me express was actually 10 to 15 days (it had already been 20). I was told they would not refund the extra shipping but would give me a discount on my next order. It took over two months before I got my order. The products were fine but, I will not be ordering anything thing from this company again.

It took about 3 months to receive this order. I might be able to understand 3 weeks, but 3 months is a little ridiculous.

It took to long to receive items and commucation was lacking when it cam to delays

The order took way too long to arrive and the tracking number provided with shipping notification was useless. I ordered 4 masks, 1 of which I think must be a child's mask because it is waaaay too small and another one is too tight. 2 of them, however, are perfect.

Very sheer thin material. Pretty, but not what I was expecting.

One of the masks was missing several gems and it was nearly unreadable. I asked for a replacement or refund and the offer made to me was insulting and would have cost me money. Very disappointed and will never order from them again.
