I contacted Chic Me Today at least four times over two plus months about the status of my order and received the reply to be patient. I reported them to the BBB and in my last email I told them and the BBB I wanted a refund because I lost my patience and I needed the masks I ordered so I will be ordering from another company. I received my order 3 days later.

Ordered 7 masks from Chicmetoday, they arrived really quickly, within about 10 days from my order. All the masks are so comfortable, they all have adjustable elastic straps to cater for different sized heads, all have an insertable sleeve for putting in a filter if you want, and the fit on the face is really good. The glitzy fabric ones are stunning, they look every bit as good in person as they do on the website. The printed ones however do look a little cheap just because the colours look a little washed out. But overall they are still decent quality.

One of the masks was missing several gems and it was nearly unreadable. I asked for a replacement or refund and the offer made to me was insulting and would have cost me money. Very disappointed and will never order from them again.

Ordered 5 masks only got 3 each time. Don't fall for the coupon codes, they don't work. My first order took 8 weeks to get, so i paid extra shipping to receive it faster, then only received 2/3rds my order.

The only thing I didn't like was that it took longer than expected to get the order, but I completely understand why with the covid-19 precautions that are being taken. Everything I ordered was of excellent quality and I will most likely order again. I have received several compliments on my masks and I have referred every person to Chicme to order their masks. 😁😁
