I ordered a product for Halloween 18 September and it didn't turn up for Halloween in time.

I ordered a Halloween decoration from Chiclify via Instagram on August 28th. The shipment didn't arrive until October 22nd and it was not the item pictured and missing several components and directions. I reached out to customer service several times, which was surprisingly responsive, who said I can return the item but it would go back to China. Now I need to work with my credit card to get the cost of the item back because I'm not paying to send a defective product all the way back to China. Buyer Beware - HUGE SCAM!

Any chance I can give it negative stars? Total piece of crap. Took 6 weeks to arrive. No broom. Just try getting to the battery pack. The costume is glued all around it. The structure is non-existent. Try attaching it to the broomstick and it flops over. I pulled all of the amateurishly attached wardrobe off to see the underlying structure. Total crap. I took pictures of the "structure" if anyone is interested. Not a chance it would ever support the weight. [edit] Hey Trustpilot - all seven reviewers gave the company 1 star, so how is the average rating 2.3?
