This is shit and an absolute con. I paid £20 for effectively a cheap piece of card. The card didn't even sing let alone sing for three hours as advertised. I also didn't get the glitter envelope as others have mentioned. It's such a fab idea but it's clearly a pile of shit and they don't provide the service they advertise I shared a video of it not working....literally my friend opening it for the first time and she even says 'is it supposed to sing or something?' it was spire silence and such an anticlimax. I asked for a full refund and they offered me a pathetic $10. I don't even know if they'll give me that as there was no attempt to. I've filed a complaint with my bank SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Product took weeks to arrive. Meowing Christmas card supposed to last 3 hours, lasted 8 minutes. Poor quality and certainly not worth £15

DO NOT USE!!!!! Only giving a 1 star as cannot give 0. False advertisement for products thay can be bought else were for 1/3 of the price. I bought a card with specifically advertised glitter trap envelope. Can by the card on Amazon for £5 however I liked the envelope glitter trap, so paid the extra. On receiving the item it was crumpled up, no envelope. Poor product and not what was expected. False advertisement. Have emailed their customer services to which no reply. Have contacted my bank to investigate, unlikely to get money back.

The seller shipped a broken item and didn't include the second part. It was supposed to be a Halloween flying witch, but I only received the witch, not the broom (the most valuable part). The seller asked me to return the item to China for a refund. However, the shipping label shows it was sent from Chicago. Why should I pay extra to ship to China when the item came from Chicago, especially since it's already broken? If I ship it back to China, I’d be incurring additional costs, and there’s a risk they’ll claim it’s broken and refuse the refund. Attached are photos showing the package size (which clearly couldn’t fit a broom), the label, and the $159.99 cheap fabric and mask. I believe this seller is fraudulent.

A Con! Ordered an advent calendar which turns out to be a fake licensed product. Asked to return and was offered $5 compensation with no mention of a return. A dropshipping money making, con. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on this joke website!

There was no option to do 0 stars or minus stars. I ordered the 12ft hovering witch which came with a broom in the image. I ordered this on the 28th of August and it turned up on the 24th of October. Took it out the box as I assumed it couldn’t be this, because it was a tiny box. Once the box was open, there was no broom. Once we unfolded the subpar witch the head flopped, the hat didn’t stay up, and the shoulders were not attached to the head. This was beyond substandard. I emailed them and someone called Amy offered me $50 back. I responded with I would like a full refund as they misrepresented in their advertisement and that it is substandard quality I have subsequently had another email today saying send it back to them in China and after they have received it they will then give me a full refund. I paid by PayPal so I’m going to contact them as I do not trust this company to follow through with what they have said. The only credit to this is that they were quite responsive in their communication back. My instinct is I was scammed
