**BEWARE – Very Disappointing Customer Service and Cancellation Policy** I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and cancellation policy of this company, and unfortunately, I would not recommend them. I placed an order on Saturday at approximately 8:00 AM Eastern Time. By 2:00 PM that same day—only about six hours later—I contacted the company to cancel my order. At that time, the order clearly showed that it had **not shipped**. I tried calling, emailing, and using their online chat throughout the weekend, but I was unable to reach anyone. The order remained unshipped the entire weekend. When I finally reached someone Monday morning, they confirmed that the order had **not shipped**. However, I was still charged a **$55 cancellation fee**. What I find especially frustrating is that the company charges your account immediately, yet there was no customer service available over the weekend and the order was not shipped until at least Monday. I attempted to cancel just hours after placing the order, well before anything was shipped, but I was still penalized $55 simply because no one was available to process my cancellation. I have purchased many items online, especially from small businesses, and I have never experienced a cancellation policy handled this way. In most cases, if an order has not been processed or shipped, particularly when the cancellation request is made within hours of ordering, the company will simply cancel it. I understand cancellation fees when an order has already been processed, prepared, or shipped, but charging $55 when I requested cancellation the same day and the company confirmed the order had never shipped is extremely disappointing. **BEWARE before ordering:** Make sure you are 100% certain about your purchase, because even if you try to cancel within hours and your order has not shipped, you may still be charged a significant cancellation fee.

Amazing customer service and lovely ambience. Better than going to Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Amazing customer service. The team takes care you. I have had two coops. I bought a larger size ehen my flock grew. Both lasted for years. If anything breaks or wears down they help replace the part. No other coop company does this. Saves money over the long run. A true partnership.

All the reviews look fake and misleading. After the reviews were completed and marked as done ✅, my payment was never made. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper response or resolution. This experience shows a lack of honesty and professionalism. I would not recommend trusting this service at a.

If you're looking for quality chicken coops in Nigeria, look no further than Chicken Coop Masters! Their customer service is amazing, and the coops are value for money. 10/10 would recommend 🛡️

Chicken Coop Masters is a game-changer for poultry farmers like me! Their coops are well-built, easy to clean, and my birds love 'em 👍. Best investment I've made for my farm!

I've been a customer of Chicken Coop Masters for years and I must say, their coops are top-notch! Durable, spacious, and perfect for my layers 😊. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the Chicken Coop Company. The coop and run are well made and were easy enough to put together with a little help. In addition, the customer service is above and beyond. They respond very quickly. Initially, I had an issue with a missing part for a waterer and immediately a whole new one was sent. I ordered storm panels and something happened with fedex shipping. When I reached out, again they immediately had another sent and it arrived super quickly! Even when I have reached out with general questions, they are happy to give advice. This is a great company!
