The customer service was amazing! I was in a last minute time crunch. I was having trouble finding the perfect dress for my daughter’s prom. I called and emailed with multiple questions and the response times were great and the representatives, especially Mona, were always pleasant and helpful. I ended up purchasing a dress that Mona recommended. She gave me the details and item number so I could look it up online and it was perfect! The dress came before the anticipated delivery date and it was exactly as pictured. My daughter looked even better than I had hoped. I am a customer for life! Thank you so much!!!!

The service from ordering, confirmation of order and delivery all went well. And the dress is perfect!!

I called from San Antonio TX and without hesitation they found the dress I needed, called the company and had them expedite the shipping to get me the dress on time!!! I can't thank them enough!!!

I recently had the pleasure of speaking to Mona at Chic Boutique regarding my daughters Sweet 16 dress; she had her eye on one on the online store . Nervous about ordering the wrong size I called in with questions. She not only helped tremendously but went above and beyond by placing the order herself and speaking to dress manufacturers to make sure we would have it in time for her event . Absolutely stunning dress and service ! Will definelty be going back next event dress shopping !
