I am a new customer and I trusted this site well I placed a order almost three weeks ago and I haven't heard from you guys since no indication of when I'm going to receive it or not

My daughter and her friend
My daughter and her friend, who are both 18, were treated so poorly. The employee di dnot help them AT ALL and was rude. Did not help them clip the dresses, responded to their questions with "I dont know" with no eye contact and they were the only ones int he store. When I contacted the company their response was "we will speak to the employee". Not good enough.
