Jimmy was helpful, and helped me resolve my issue quickly and efficiently.

I had trouble accessing a server after my friend created a sub admin account for me. John from support helped to correct the issues with the account, allowing us to get back into Valheim quickly!

Very fast response when our server needed a reboot that we couldn't get going. Very nice!

Great Service. Great Support. Title says it all. It's a great company doing god's work out here.

Great performance and customer service! Would recommend

You made everything easy. Totally worth it. Direct steam updates, total server control. Thanks!

Very fast and reasonable response. Felt like i was talking to an actual person and not an automated machine.

Performance is almost too good to be true. With 50 slots and low latency, you can't go wrong with the price for this service for an Ark server. Support is near immediate and always helpful.
