The process of buying the shapewear was very helpful!!

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered two items from them. I didn't hear anything from them after two weeks so I emailed them inquiring about my order. They replied with the tracking for one item and ask me to pick a different second item because that item was backordered and they couldn't fulfill it. I said no I don't want a different item so to please refund me for that item they can't fulfill and every day they would reply asking me to pick a different item. This went one every day for weeks. They were refusing to refund me for the item they can't fulfill. Then they started telling me they were going go charge ME a 15% fee for canceling that item. Can you believe that, charging ME for an order they cannot fulfill. This company is shady. If a company cannot fulfill an item, how can they hold your money hostage them try charging YOU for something they can fulfill. So I told them to cancel my order, but I'm not paying anything when they were the ones who could not fulfill my order. They kept ignoring my request and kept refusing and this went on for up to 6 weeks. I told them I filed a merchant dispute and they kept replying that I will be charged 15% for canceling. If you cant fulfill an order how to hell do you charging a customer for an item you can't provide??? Absolutely ridiculous. And mind you, their website says they fulfill their order in 2 days for processing and 5 days for fulfillment. We'll six weeks later and them refusing to refund me, they send me a tracking. I needed my item 3 weeks ago AND asked them to cancel multiple times since they were not able to fulfill the order. I will be refusing the package at this point. This is the most shady company I have ever ordered from. And their website do not let you post a negative review there. Another shady thing.

The item I got was not how it was described on the website. Nowhere did it say that it had butt pads. I would not have bought them if that was the case. That is why it looks so good on the model. False advertising.
