Placed an order 20 days ago. Dispatch time states 3 days, it hadn’t been dispatched so i contacted them to ask where my order is to be told its out of stock and id need to chose a different item. Why they hadn’t contacted me in the first place i dont know. I don’t want a different item so said id just have a refund instead. They have then fraudulently decided to charge a ‘handling fee’ because i wont chose another item. The emails are completely lliterate, charging a handling fee when they cannot provide the item i ordered is illegal, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The customer service experience has been poor. as you may know, you cannot send returns without the company's approval. I've been trying to return some garments that are too big so I can exchange them for the correct size. The customer service rep continues to reply to my emails Stating “Please kindly note that the return shipping fee would be much more expensive. Therefore, it’s not cost-effective. For this issue, I suggest you keep these items and re-order for the suitable size.” I wrote back and I am willing to pay the shipping cost however, this company will not give the approval to ship the items back. Instead of assisting me with the return process, customer service has offered me a 30% discount without providing a discount code. When I raised this issue, the next representative offered me a 10% discount, which is significantly less than the current sale, and still didn't provide a discount code. Although I like the garments, the lack of transparency and trustworthiness in the company's customer service has made me reconsider doing further business with them and recommending them to others.

I didn't want to leave this review but I had to do what was best for customers everyone seems to love this place this is my first time ordering with them I spent $230 Plus they did not reach out to me after 10 days till even inform me about my order I had to contact them then they finally decide to tell me that my order was delayed due to one item that I wanted to purchase the silicone panties and that they did not have the color I asked him why did I have to contact them to tell me this and I was leaving to go out of town so I was expecting my order from what the policy says 7 to 14 business days now by time we get to 12 business day I still haven't received anything I reached out to them again and they stated that now they don't have the color that they suggested but I'm asking why was it hard for them to contact me why did I have to reach out to them and I don't like the fact it's only through email so now it's been almost 60 days and I wanted a refund they decided not to give me a refund due to the fact I still don't have any product and this was in the 30 days of the policy so I had to do what I had to do not only am I going to leave this review but I'm going to leave with Better Business Bureau in everywhere else I can I would never order from them again I should have known better when only you can get communication through an email I tried to see if my bank will allow for that transaction to be a dispute because they told me that they was not going to give me a refund back that really hurt me as a customer I'm still not satisfied with anything they promised they would send me another silicone and they still haven't sent my jeans that I paid for and it's been now over 30 days they saying that the jeans that I wanted to order they don't have them in stock then they suggested some other genes but I still haven't received anything mind you today is May the 13th I place my order April the 5th. I will never do this again and I'm going to tell everyone that I know don't ever order from them again not only do they just lose me as a customer but my daughter is the one that told me about it they lost her as well I wish there was more can be done because now they just got free money from me all by the way they sent me a silicone soon as I put it on it ripped this what the biggest problem come in at it seem like after I complain to them so much they just sent me out anything to try to beat the 30 days so I wouldn't get my money back after I received it the same day it tore on me this is such bad business for anyone to serve a customer they would not get another dime from me and that's my word I pray others will have great experience with them but as for me this was the worst ever in life
