Easy to find the battery I needed and was shipped right away. Great tracking and it arrived ahead of schedule. Sooo happy with the price too and that I can replace the battery to continue using my Infratonic 9.

I have a long history with this company and its products. Most recently I had an experience with a repair for one of my machines that's at least 20 years old. It was a wonderful experience. Not only did they take care of the repair quickly but they also were friendly and helpful in the process. My husband and I are well into our 70's and have had more than 2 decades of being pain free and active thanks to CHI Institute. I will also be buying one of their newer products
