The new Palm is nothing short of…
The new Palm is nothing short of fantastic. It's lighter, easier to hold and position and the adjustability of the settings makes it the easiest Infratonic device ever. My husband and I have a hard time deciding who will get to use it every night. It seems to be even better at managing pain, especially for my arthritis . It's been almost 20 years since I purchased my first machine and the Chi Institute has always been there for advice and support the few times that I have needed help. Just can't say enough good things . . .

Replaced our previous CHI machine
Replaced our previous CHI machine With the palm. It is easy convenient and stays charged for a long time. We have been with your company for a long time. My husband has a slight aortic aneurysm that they discovered after his stroke 18 years ago. They told him it would never get better only get worse to this day it is the same we give Chi the credit for that and the love of the universe. Thank you so much.

This is a great company!
This is a great company with excellent customer service and products. I highly recommend the Chi Palm to anyone with joint pain, muscle tension and difficulty relaxing. The staff is very helpful and responsive and I have been pleased with every interaction I have had.

I have an older CHI

The New CHI Machine is Awesome and it…
The New CHI Machine is Awesome and it has brought my extreme Pain I live with 24-7 from Polio down from a 10 plus to around 4 or 5 that runs from my head to my feet, affecting every muscle and joint in my body. My chi palm was “thumping” so I called…
My chi palm was “thumping” so I called to ask about whether it needed to be returned for repairs. The Chi Tribe representative was exceptionally gracious and thoroughly knowledgeable about the complexities of the unit and explained the reason for the noise much to my satisfaction. After all was said and done there was no need to return the unit. This chi palm is a miracle in disguise. I use it daily on every part of my body in need of healing energy. My involvement with the Chi Tribe goes back decades and I am eternally grateful to Richard and his family of helpers for making this miracle possible. This chi palm in my opinion is a quantum leap from the infratonic 9. It is so ergonomically facile and works wonders. I recommend it to everyone.
