I HAVE FOR DECADES BEEN USING ONE FORM OF CHI MACHINE OR ANOTHER.[UP GRADES YA KNOW] THEY ARE FABULOUS. WHEN I LEAVE THE HOUSE IT'S WHERE ARE MY KEYS, PURSE, AND MY INFRATONIC. IN THIS FAST PACE WORLD WHERE MOST BUSINESSES OFTEN FORGET [ OR IGNORE ] THE FOLKS THAT KEEP THEM ALIVE YOU ARE THE "GOLD STANDARD" OF HOW SOMEONE SHOULD BE TREATED.

I have been using an Infratonic device since I was diagnosed with breast cancer 25 years ago. While using the device I experienced reduction, in pain, stress and increased range of motion , after a Mastecomy. In 2008, I upgraded to a newer model for overall health benefits and relaxation. I had a good experience with that model as well. In 2020 I once again upgraded to the Inratonic 9. The trade in experience and customer service was wonderful. I was treated like a valued user of Chi Products. Service was efficient and timely with follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. I am pleased with the Infratonic 9 and enjoy the convenience of the portability of the new device and long batter life. ---Carol Podpora

I called and discussed the issue I was having with charging my Infarsonic 9 and was told I needed a new battery. The person I spoke with was friendly and helpful and It was easy and it came quickly by mail. I was able to get instructions on line on how to change it out and I am a happy costumer.

Both my husband and I have been delighted with the Chi Infratonic 9. Using it has truly made a difference in all of our chronic areas...shoulders, hips, and necks. We shared it with an acupuncturist and energy healer, and she was duly impressed as well. Thank you for making a quality product.
