the company does not seem to appreciate the value of first responders or wildland firefighters. My husband, who has been with the company for 10 years, faced difficulties in retaining his job after returning from wildland firefighting, and as a form of retaliation, his work hours were reduced by one day a week and then he was terminated.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This rating is due to trouble I had when traveling and trying to use my Chevron card. Prior to my trip I advised Chevron of my travel plans to another state. They said "no problem". When trying to use my card in this other state it was declined. When I called Chevron I proceeded to get THE WORST customer service available. I was told that even with a travel notification on the account they could not guarantee that a charge would not be declined. I asked then why put a travel notification on the account prior to my travel? To make a long story short, there was no good answer and I will be closing this account. Why have this account if I can't be sure I can use it when I need to. Makes no sense to me.

Chevron updated app and I lost 10 cents per gallon, now they want me to sign in and they don't send code. Totally a con to get you to use their gas. Worthless app

Chevron located at 1111 N Capitol Ave San Jose, CA 95133 I have to say, I've never experienced such a warm and friendly environment at a gas station before! The employees at my local gas station, especially those from Aldi, truly go above and beyond to make every visit a delightful experience. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that brightens my day. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work and values each customer. They create a sense of community that makes me look forward to my daily visits. Every morning, I stop by to grab my coffee, and it has become a highlight of my day. The employees remember my order and often engage in friendly conversation, making me feel like more than just a customer. Their warmth and friendliness set this gas station apart from any other. Don't go here. Big back woman working at night will not acknowledge you. Just plays on her phone and eats sponge cake or whatever she stuffs her face with. Despicable excuse for a human being. Smh.

I really like the Chevron app truly its a money saver. The reason I gave only 3 stars is because 90% of the gas stations are owned by...... and they never have the techron products to purchase they have filler products that save them...... money but not me. I really hope that Chevron will force these franchise owners to comply with the franchise guidelines. The app itself is great! Its the franchise owners throwing the cog in the wheel.
