The courses are brilliant

I joined ChessMood as a serious tournament player with an OTB background. What I appreciate most is not just the openings, but the way they teach thinking process and practical decision-making. Avo’s explanations are very structured and easy to follow. The Black repertoire especially gave me confidence because I no longer feel lost out of the opening. This platform is best for players who are serious about improving and ready to study consistently. It’s not just content — it’s a system. As a Lifetime Essential member I have found it worth the investment.

Chessmood is a great learning platform for Intermediate and up players. Their courses teach you everything from openings to endgames to psychological factors. Everything is highly detailed, yet still short enough so you are not watching 20 30 hour courses at a time. I highly recommend this to all chess players, especially those currently at a plateau.

The quality of the content is excellent! Tactics to strategy, openings to endgames and it all feels carefully made and thoughtfully structured. What really won me over, though, was the support. Lily is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever interacted with in customer service. Fast replies, patient explanations, and a level of care you don’t often see. She was extremely helpful and understanding, and it made the whole experience even better. Thank you, ChessMood (and especially Lily) for making improvement feel both effective and enjoyable.
