Frustrating
Saw an ad, scheduled appointment, which ended up being 40 mins of my life wasted. I was offered an impulsive purchase of a $18k online course with a decisive discount of 6k if I’m ready to pull the trigger now. After asking for more details on what exactly is included in the course (obvious ask right), Sean told me he can’t send that to me. They never read the intro information I’ve provided, nor took time to learn what I do, didn’t know that I’m a published author and were just trying to sell me in the most salesy way ever. After me saying that I probably disqualify as their ideal customer they told me “you bet” and ended the call. Quite frustrating experience and aggressive customer experience lead by a templated sales pitch. Can’t recommend to anyone.

Artur, I listened to the entire recording of your Strategy Session with Sean; as he informed you at the top of your call, we record all sessions for quality assurance. While our TrustPilot account is fairly new—I only opened the account six weeks ago—as you may have noticed, the overwhelming majority of our reviews are from happy, delighted customers. That’s why I was highly motivated to see what went wrong on your Strategy Session: because my team and I are committed to providing an extraordinary experience for people, whether or not those people ever become our clients.
After listening to your Strategy Session, however, it seemed as though you may have had an ulterior motive for booking the call. Being one of the industry leaders in helping people get their message out to millions via major media has caused many of our competitors and others to book one of our valuable Strategy Sessions in order to try to understand our methodology and pump our Strategy Coaches for proprietary information.
While I could certainly be wrong, your call seemed to be one of those occasions. You specifically asked Sean for our "secret sauce,” and to be provided a “detailed PDF of everything we do in our program and how we do it.” When Sean told you that information is reserved only for our clients, you hung up then posted this negative review.
Our Strategy Sessions provide incredible insight and clarity into what is not working in a business’ visibility, as well the exact strategy that will solve the visibility problem. In this case, Sean thought that your business would be a good fit for our program, so he made you an offer. Please understand that we do not reveal our secret sauce to anyone who is not a client. Whatever your motives were for booking the call, you missed the value of the call by only wanting to know how we get amazing outcomes for our clients, rather than utilizing all that the call provides.
You responded to Sean’s post-call email, "It was wonderful meeting you!” by writing, "this was the most frustrating call I ever had, the worst.” As the business owner, I’m sorry you had that experience. If you’d chosen to reach out to us with a request of any kind, I would have been happy to assist. Given you didn’t do that, however, the only viable option at this time is to respond to you here.
