Patrick Grimm is a professional at the highest level! Patrick takes the time to explain processes and never makes you feel inferior. Patrick and the entire CheerLending team were able to get my loan refinanced in weeks. No surprises because every step of the way was transparent and thoroughly explained.

The communication deserves more than 5 stars; we had regular updates by phone and email from Patrick Grimm—at least twice weekly. In addition when there was new info Patrick immediately notified us. even more impressive than the stellar communication: our options were explained clearly, next steps were easily set up and achieved, and the entire process was the easiest lending experience I have ever been through! I would definitely refer everyone to Cheerlending!

My most pleasant business experience ever. I recently finished a mortgage refinance on my home through Cheerlending. I have done this before and have worked with some good people, but Patrick Grimm tops them all! His business knowledge and expertise made the process quick and pleasant. If I ever had to do this again, he would be my choice to work with. After finishing the business process, I felt like I had made a new friend even though we have never met in person.

It has been my pleasure to work with Patrick Grimm from Cheer Lending on refinancing my home loan. From my experience, he has demonstrated an exemplary mastery of the loan process. He has been professional and thorough while maintaining a cheerful interaction with me. Introduced a few weeks ago by Thad, Patrick told me that this loan process would be quick and easy. I appreciate that he was right! Many thanks to both. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for an experienced loan agent.
