Beginning with the help of Kristin Hinitt, the process to start looking for a new VA IRRL began promptly and she kept us informed every step of the way and provided a seamless transition to Patrick Grimm to start the loan application. Their teamwork continued looking for the best possible solution; their patience, persistence and perseverance with their search is appreciated. Although the first mortgage company was very slow, Patrick and Kristin did a great job with keeping us informed about any progress. The disappointment with the mortgage company came when they determined that since our current VA loan was a CA VA loan, that prevented them from doing a new VA IRRL. Patrick immediately proceeded to find another loan company that turned out to be able to get a new conventual loan at an even lower rate. The end result is a better deal for us that was processed very efficiently. Patrick kept us informed with frequent calls so we always knew what to expect next. We look forward to having an opportunity to recommend Cheerlending.
