Overall the process was okay. Dan, the agent was excellent. However, the underwriting team was... challenging, requiring a lot of attention. Some of the information solicited seemed to have nothing to do with financing. Instead of requesting all of the documentation up front, several times each day additional information was required. The underwriting representative did not believe that the State of Ohio does not license home health care agencies, instead the state requires Medicare/Medicaid certification. This caused some consternation. The funding took six business days.

This is Tim with Able Movers - I started looking for help with funds (my slow time) and it was very confusing and most people I talked to would only say what I think they thought I wanted to hear - like we can get as much as you want - we can get you funded in 24 hours - we can get you monthly payments - NOT cause after doing what they asked its like no not that much and we can only do daily and some days didn't hear from anyone - I say all of that to say that when I finely meet Dan Katz it was like I found a long lost friend - I could talk for days on how much easier simpler and pleasant he make my experience - got what I needed the way I wanted it and he was there talking me through the final step while I finished up with the lenders he was GREAT .
