I went to the office in Flagler and 79 everytime i go the representatives are very nasty and rude ,the first time was a Chubby man with glasses, and this time he did not want to take care of me so the other lady i think she is Dominican or cuban not sure she’s short long hair ,bad attitude and when I asked her if she could give me an envelope she was rude and said “they don’t even give us that what do you want me to do ?” I think it’s not a proper war of talking to customers she had an attitude you should teach your employees that customer pay their salary ,that’s how you lose customers with careless and rude employees like them !.
