Worse experience ever in booking a flight. SCAM...BAIT AND SWITCH... I thank God for AMEX, I would have been. A victim also Trust the negative reviews.... you will pay more than triple the original cost. And they make it your fault....

Very tricky you guys are. Tickets are cheap. But you don’t tell people about no carry ons. Also non refundable. To me this is all a scam. I will inform all my family and friends not to book with you guys. The lady I was talking to tried getting smart with me. Non professional. I work hard for my money. I don’t expect people to take advantage of me

Do not use this company! I found and selected my desired flight. Entered my info and payment and received a booking number. Never received confirmation and checked with airline, no ticket or reservation. After many attempts to resolve with customer dis-service. Ended up with a flight on a different airline, different day with higher cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I booked a flight for three people. They then called me and asked me to pay an additional fee for carry-on baggage, which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. I was then informed that the original Air Canada flight was canceled, but when I checked the tour operator's website, the same flight was still available for sale... I was then offered an alternative with Delta Airlines, on the condition that I pay an additional $3,000, which was way beyond my initial budget. Worse still, they refused to refund me so I could book another flight elsewhere. This is a fraudulent site; don't trust them, move on, and don't waste your time and money with them. I blocked my card in time; they weren't able to take the money, thankfully.

venden tickets que no existen y luego te mandan un e-mail diciendo que el ticket es en stand by y si quieres volar te cobran mas que el doble del precio original. recomiendo no tratar con ellos. es una estafa.

This company is a scam, don't buy from them. First, they sell you cheap tickets, then they send you an email saying you can't use the ticket. You only have the option to upgrade. They charged me, they never gave me my confirmation. They robbed me.

I booked a flight with this agency on a Thur. Fri pm they phoned to ensure I understood all their rules re baggage etc. I was in contact with them a # of times on Sat by email. Then on Sun am I responded to their request to phone them. At this time they informed me I had booked a stand-by ticket which I was not aware of. I said I wasn't interested. They said my only option was an upgrade- no cancellation no refund.
