THIS WAS THE MOST FRUSTATING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY CHANGED MY FLIGHT TIME TO A DAY LATER, THEN CHARGED ME $250.00 MORE. THE TOLD ME THEY WOULD CONTACT RENTAL CAR COMPANY TO CHANGE TIMES. THEY NEVER DID THAT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This company is really a scam. I booked a ticket but did not receive any email confirmation. I called customer service, and they told me I was on the waiting list. When I requested to cancel the booking, they told me that I had bought a pre-sold ticket and could not get a refund. They forced me to change to another flight and charged me an additional fee.

This is a fraudulent company.....

Avoid at all costs – total scam! I booked a flight through Cheap Vuelo thinking I was getting a confirmed ticket. Instead, they charged me for the flight, then only put me on a passenger waiting list! When I called, they told me I’d need to pay an extra 30% on top of the online price just to “convert” it into a real ticket. Absolutely dishonest and misleading. You think you’re buying a seat, but you’re really just paying for the privilege of being maybe allowed to fly. Zero transparency, zero integrity. I’ll never use them again.

I had a terrible experience with Cheapvuelos, and I’m sharing this to warn others not to fall for their misleading and manipulative tactics. I initially searched for domestic flights through cheapflights.com, which redirected me to the Cheapvuelos site. There, I found a one-way flight priced at $199—cheaper than most other sites. I booked it on July 28th for travel on August 2nd. ⚠️ Red flag #1: While booking, they display a shady disclaimer saying the fare isn’t confirmed and is non-refundable. This is how the trap is set. Once you make the payment, you're stuck. On July 29th, I received an email stating the ticket wasn't confirmed and that an agent would call me. When I answered the call, the agent falsely claimed that the flight on that schedule was canceled (I later found out that was not true) and insisted I pay an additional $270 to “reschedule” the booking. So now, the total price was $469, while the same ticket on the airline's official site was just $350! 💡 Key scam tactic: They don't book your ticket right away. Instead, they wait to call you, pressure you into paying more, and say your initial payment isn't refundable. So you either pay extra or lose your money altogether. This is pure bait and switch fraud. To top it off, I had to spend 3–4 hours talking to multiple agents, each giving inconsistent or vague information. It was exhausting and infuriating. 😡 Insult to injury: After all this, they had the audacity to ask me to leave a positive review on Trustpilot before even sending my ticket. I flatly refused. 🚫 My Advice: Stay Away! Do NOT use Cheapvuelos under any circumstances. Book flights directly through airline websites or well-known aggregators like Expedia, Google Flights, or Skyscanner. If a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is. This scam needs to be investigated and stopped. I hope this review saves someone else from being trapped the way I was. Cheapvuelos should not be allowed to operate this way.

This website and company is a scam. Look it up on reddit and other sites. Complete scam. Needs to be taken down.

Company posted a low airline fare with no refund policy and then they tell you there are so many restrictions on the flight that you need to upgrade which pushes the price way up. Scam.

I made a reservation for 7-20 with Cheap Vuelos. An agent called me back to advise me someone else would call me back to confirm the reservation. Another agent called. We went over the reservation which was no cancelations, no changes,no baggage. I told him I understood. The agent stated a person would meet with me and give me the boarding pass. He stated my reservation will be for 7-26. I told him no it was for 7-20. If I wanted 7-26 I would reserve 7-26. He told me I would have to pay the difference from 7-20 and 7-26. I said no and wanted my refund. I told him I ha to fly 7-20 because of work. He didn't care. He had an attitude. I told him I was going to report him to the attorney general and he hung up. This my worst experience reserving a ticket to fly. The agent was very unprofessional. These people are scammers.
