This travel agency is the worst agency. First I had a good experience with them last year but they went completely opposite this year when I booked a Umrah pacakge for 10 people for my brother's family. They booked the tickets from some shady website which did not allow the entire family to be able to get on flight and they were so unresponsive to support us, when we finally got a hold of the agent (Mr. Farhan Scammer), he told us that we have to buy our own tickets to get to Jeddah because they cannot do anything to help us unless we pay them twice the amount of we originally paid them for the flight tickets. They also told us that we should book flight on our own and they will issue us a refund once they receive the refund from the airline, and they also assured if they did not receive any refund from the airlines, then they will issue us a 50% refund on their own. So we decided to book the tickets to perform the Umrah on our own by paying more than double because of the tickets prices went up and we needed them on an urgent basis, as Mr. Farhan also told us that if we won't make it to perform Umrah all the other money we paid for our hotels and commute services will also get wasted as they will not issue a refund to us for that as well. After we received a verbal and written confirmation from them that they will issue us a refund for the original flight ticket they booked for us which my family wasn't able to use, they have been completely vanished and whenever we try to contact with them they told us that Mr. Farhan cannot be in contact with us and neither they can support us for the refund. Recently we got a hold of another travel agent from them and he's amking excuses that they have sufferred losses in their business due to the Iran War and due to that they are not supporting any refunds which is such a lame excuse. If you are running a business and you made a commitment to take care of the customer you should take care of it rather than making excuses of loss in business revenue. Travel agencies like this are such a shame on Muslim community where they grab customers on the name of providing services for Hajj and Umrah but all they do is running a scam deals where they take all the money up front and then leave the customers in misery. Well Allah is Watching everything and these scammers will pay for what they do eventually InshAllah.

Very bad experience with Cheap Umrah they’re  scam ❌I booked Umrah for the last 10 days of Ramadan, but I was never able to travel. My ticket with Qatar Airways was booked, canceled, rebooked, and then canceled again because of the war situation in the Middle East. Despite not traveling at all, they refused to refund my $1,610. Their customer service was unhelpful, disrespectful  they will tell millions of lies and excuses to and did not resolve the issue. I strongly 🚫advise others to be very careful before booking with them.

Don't bother making a complaint because they will just ignore you. All they care about is taking your money. They put me and my family in a poor hotel overcharged me and did nothing when i complained.
