A terrible experience
Reservations are confusing and unclear. Made double reservations. Help line doesn't answer and "contact us" doesn't work either. Could not be more displeased. Felt cheated by whole process.

Dear Ed, We are very sorry for this inconvenience as our internet and phones have been down for the past 3 days and we were put on a waiting list with our internet provider (our phones are internet based as well) to be fixed. This issue was not resolved until late Friday night. Greaaaaaaattttt!!!!
One of the most easiest transactions I've ever made. The hotel, the customer service, the fact that every step is made so easy and inexpensive is so great. I am about to reserve it for my trip again.

Convenient and well priced but needs improvements
The price was fantastic and the shuttle service was frequent and reliable. My only complaint was that the confirmation email I received had no additional information in it. It was basically only a receipt. It did not give the address of the hotel or a number to contact. This may have been a glitch becuase the website said the email shoud have all those details, but otherwise, everything was great!

Very impressed, wonderful service!!!
We were very pleased and impressed with this service. We are in the Seattle area and loved the ease, safety and price of the parking. We are leaving again in two days and have booked your parking again. Hopefully are experience will be as impressive as our first.
