Amazing! Especially with things are these days. I ordered this for my husband for Christmas 🎄, mind you I ordered late. I received product 2 days later. But the delivery on the other hand, HORRIBLE! I have the Amazon driver on video throwing the box on my porch..... 3 steps up!

My wife absolutely loves the new tower! The lights give off an eerie glow in a dark room but the look overall is cool and it works great! Looking at getting another one for my work computer.

I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. However, I received a Chinese version of the product I ordered. Just a flimsy box full of pieces. It was not even put together. Like, I had to put EVERY tiny piece together by hand with tiny little screws. I literally had to wire this lamp for it to work. There was no indication whatsoever that I would be getting a box full of plastic pieces to assemble myself. The picture was one thing and what I got was another. After two and a half hours I managed to get it put together. I would say the product I got was purchased from China for around $2 and you turned around and sold it to me for $30. I feel like I was robbed.

Dear valued customer, Thank you so much for reviewing the product quality. We can fully understand your frustration, we have unfortunately had a horrible supplier we have had to part ways with. After reviewing the whole situation our billing team has issued a full refund ( for the specific product ) in the form of a gift card. We hope that this makes you happy and satisfied. We truly do appreciate your business.

I was happy with the bluetooth headphones. They were nicely priced and the website was easily navigated. The only issue that i had with the whole experience was how long it took to get the product but that could have been the result of how it was shipped or where it was shipped from. Other than that it was a good experience and i plan on ordering from this company again

The items were good but it takes a long time for the items to get delivered. Which is my only problem.
