The Cost of Cheap Business: A Privacy and Deliverability Disaster
It's typical of a company that has no respect for privacy. They added me to a WhatsApp group to promote a new product and asked me to test it. I don't understand how they can just do that without permission. And as for the quality of their emails, I don't understand how they're even still in business. After two months, I completely gave up on them, they have a terrible email reputation anyway. Their own transactional emails (like order confirmations or sign-ups) go straight to the spam folder, which says a lot. Honestly, they’re just as cheap as their name: Indeed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that your experience ended on a negative note, but we would like to provide some important context. Prior to this review, there was a separate disagreement regarding a discount request. We were unable to provide the requested discount, and following that discussion, we received messages referencing our brand reputation and indicating that further public action would follow. Shortly afterward, this review was posted. We also want to clarify that the factual claims made in the review do not reflect anything beyond a disgruntled customer upset they were not given special status for no reason. We respect every client’s right to share their experience, but we also believe it is important for readers to have the full context surrounding the concerns raised in this review. This review was posted as a “punishment” to us because he was not given a discount.
