Ridiculously good customer support and service. I needed some new inboxes, I hit up all my providers. These guys had already delivered while all others still hadn't even responded or read my message. My only vendor moving forward,

It's typical of a company that has no respect for privacy. They added me to a WhatsApp group to promote a new product and asked me to test it. I don't understand how they can just do that without permission. And as for the quality of their emails, I don't understand how they're even still in business. After two months, I completely gave up on them, they have a terrible email reputation anyway. Their own transactional emails (like order confirmations or sign-ups) go straight to the spam folder, which says a lot. Honestly, they’re just as cheap as their name: Indeed.

This is without a doubt the best inbox provider there is. The price is good, but what really stands out is the customer service. EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM I have they have helped me solve it lightning-fast and with a very warm attention. You don't see this kind of customer service these days any more. 10/10!!!
