Eva Smith was the person who helped me to navigate regarding my flight reservation and the cancelation of it. By mistake I selected the flights from alternative airport, the departure and the arrival ones and only after I booked the flights, I realized my errors. I spoke three times with Eva on three different days and she was so patient with me trying to find alternative flights from Chicago to DC, unfortunately, all the options were out of my price range, therefore she sent the request to cancel my reservation for a refund. I was also told that my original reservation was not confirmed by Frontier Airlines and that I should expect a full refund of what I paid for the flights. I really appreciate Eva's help and I will say that I had a five star experience with customer service provided by Eva Smith. Thank you!
