THEY DESERVE NO STAR! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CHEAPFLY, WE BOOKED A FLIGHT WITH THEM AND ON THE DAY OF OUR FLIGHT, WE WERE TURNED DOWN BECAUSE NO VALID RESEVATION EXISTED. THEY WILL ALSO TELL YOU THEY CANT GIVE REFUND AS ITS “NON REFUNDABLE” AND WILL OFFER FUTURE TRAVEL CREDIT TO FORCE US TO USE THEM AGAIN. WE DID NOT CANCEL OUR TRIP. WE SHOWED UP FOR OUR FLIGHT. THIS WAS NOT A VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION ON OUR PART. WE PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WE DID NOT RECEIVE, AND THEN THEY WILL TELL US IT’S NONREFUNDABLE?? IF YOU WANT HEADACHES, DELAYS AND WASTED TIME, CHEAPFLY IS 5 STAR ON THAT.

⚠️ be warned!!! Extremely disappointed with CheapFlyShop. Unethical and scam of a company. I have never previously reviewed anything and created an account just to warn fellow travelers. I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking through CheapFlyShop. I booked my flights months in advance and was given a confirmed booking, airline reference and e-ticket number. I relied on this information and made all my travel arrangements around it. When I arrived at the airport, I was shocked to be told by the airline that the flight/booking was not valid and I could not travel. Imagine turning up at the airport expecting to fly, only to be told that the ticket you were given has no value. It was extremely embarrassing, stressful and completely disrupted my plans. I lost appointments, events, time and money as a result. Since then, I have spent weeks contacting CheapFlyShop and have received repeated messages saying they are “investigating” the situation. Despite all this, I am still fighting to get my money back. They have now told me that the original fare was “non-refundable” and are offering a future travel credit instead. I completely reject this. I paid for a flight and was not provided with a valid ticket that allowed me to travel. I did not simply change my mind or fail to show up. What is particularly frustrating is the lack of a clear resolution and the fact that I have had to repeatedly chase them for answers. I am sharing this review because I believe other travellers deserve to know about my experience before booking. I hope CheapFlyShop eventually takes responsibility and provides the full refund I have requested. My advice: pay extra and get tickets with another legitimate provider or directly from airlines and save yourself from a headache and scam.

It is a bait and switch. As soon as I paid I got an e-mail saying there was a problem, yet they refuse to answer the phone, it rings twice and disconnects. They are scammers.

He worked diligently to preserve the same flight schedule after changes were made to the itinerary. His responsiveness, patience, and attention to detail made the process much smoother and greatly appreciated! I recommend that Marc be given a raise for the level of service and dedication he provided.
