I tried to book some flights to Boston. I received a confirmation email that said pending. Then I received a phone call from a rude lady who said something needed to be updated and the flights were going to be over 500 dollars more and I needed to pay now.

I booked a flight to New York for $209. I was told the flight was cancelled (it wasn't) then offered flights for 2-3x the cost. This seems like a fish and bait scam.

Horrible company. Never book your flight with them. I agree with most reviewers that they first post low rates and then call up to say it is not available. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I should’ve read these reviews before booking. Exactly what other people are claiming is happening to me as I’m typing this. I booked a flight for $900 online and my confirmation email said that it was ‘pending’. Shortly after, they started calling me nonstop and leaving voicemails asking me to confirm my booking. I finally get the chance to call back and “confirm” my flight and they tell me that it’s sold out and in order to stay on the flight I need to pay an additional $250!! Lol The lady I spoke to, “Emily”(who was clearly not American), said that I needed to pay this over the phone or email her my credit card info!!! She was also very aggressive when I showed a hint of hesitation in providing my personal info. By the way, it’s also an additional $250 to cancel the reservation. I did not give her any information and just hung up! They’re calling me every few minutes! This is clearly a scam! Those 5 star reviews have to be fake!! Do not use this site!

Do not use them after I booked online they called me back and made up some story about not having a seat for my girlfriend who had already booked the seat for online and they wound up charging me $250 extra

They are not good at all got all my ticket names wrong dob wrong and lied about the time the travel from one city to another was then cant get my money back they kept hanging the phone up on me and on top of all that I never even received my e-tickets for 4 people im out of $966 the worst booking place ever
