I agree with other posts: stay away from this company! I booked flights with them over a week ago. Next day I received an email saying they had made multiple attempts to reach me by phone. My phone showed no missed calls or texts. I responded to their email, as requested, 3 times and still received no response. I did the same visiting their website and leaving a message in chat. Finally I went to their Facebook page and left message there. Still I have not received any reply. (I noted similar negative comments to Trustpilot in Facebook by the way). Since then I have given up and booked flights through Expedia instead. The only positive thing I can say is they do not appear to have tried to charge my credit card.

Horrible company they lied to me make change for my tik but they NEVER DID i tried to called them couple time always on hold and never call back !!totally waste my time and TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

If I could give them 0 I would! Booked 4 seats, got a call less than 1/2hr later telling me that the flight was sold out and they’re gonna have to charge an additional $1200! When I got heated and started yelling at the guy he claimed he could wave some fees and get a discount, I told him to cancel and he said he has to see if he can so he put me “on hold” told my husband he should just cancel his card because I was reading these reviews on them and the guy came back “from hold” to tell me I wasn’t charged and the card was declined!! 100% SCAM!!! Edit* cancelled card and bank froze our account because they tried 4 separate transactions for $800 and our bank automatically flagged it!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

Had terrible service. Need to cancel reservations and get refund. No one will help me with this. No call back nor can I speck to supervisors. They have even hung up on me

I would rate this company 0 we bought 2 tickets to england when we got to the airport they had canceled one of the tickets we had to buy 2more tickets with virgin when we got home we called and ask for are money back they said we would have to pay a cancelation fee of 385 foe each ticket to be process they sent us a email confirming everything a month later we are still waiting so I called again they said it is not they problem and we will have to call virgin atlantic why we bought the tickets from your dishonest company another person called and said they were so sorry for what we were going through and want to help we will look into it and get back to me that was nearly a week ago they are a bunch of disgusting dishonest lier who have got 4000.dollers of my money please please don't go with this company or a company called Look by Fare they need to be close down and for those people who had a good experience with them which is not many you were really really lucky next time you probably want

Do Not Book Through Cheap Fly Fares! Remember when people told you to be careful if something seems too good to be true? Well, this proves that saying correct! Total bait and switch. Two days ago I set up flight reservations. Then, after two more days, they contacted me, said my reservation was still pending and now my flights would basically double. Since it has been pending and they didn’t finalize it, they said now the flights would be more, since days had gone by. So, I canceled the flights entirely, and will make sure my credit card has not been charged. When I asked, they said it had not been charged yet, but I’m not taking their word for anything.
