Horrible experience they are thieves scammers never book with this agency they are the worst

Scammers! I bought from them already couple of years ago and totally forgot name of website… it was the same story today- good deal online, then call in 20 minutes- they do not have fights for this low price anymore bla bla… I guess they are fishing for CC info… be careful.

Bait and switch scam. They “book” you a flight and then say it was canceled and try to sell you another much more expensive flight at the last minute. Ruined my trip to New York with last minute scramble to find other tickets. DO NOT USE!

My online tickets total was 1300$, 20 min later I get a call saying that the tickets can’t be processed and the new price was 2600$. I told them that I didn’t want the tickets anymore and they said they could give me a discount of 200$. I said NO!, don’t want the tickets, hang up the phone and called my bank to cancel the transaction. BIG TIME SCAMMERS, BE CAREFUL!

I purchased 6 one way tickets only to get texts AND phone calls minutes later that my tickets were pending and I needed to pay the diff in airfare before I can get a ticket issued bc the prices have changed. The price went from a total of $1,184 to $1,997 !!! Price was coming out higher than buying from the airline directly. When I said no way, the guy on the line offered me "his discount" and price came down $200, when I still said no, he asked me "what's your budget"? well, the call was 59 mnts long and I started looking them up and after reading the reviews while on the phone with them I hung up and closed my credit card. I thank those who left reviews before me. xo .......IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE it probably ISN'T

This is a total scam. I wouldn’t even give 1 star. They had no idea the flights I purchased and they also were trying to charge me $1700 when the flight I originally booked was only $1000. When I called they said that there was a cancellation fee of 200 per person which was not mentioned on any of the stuff and they also had no idea what flight or anything that was originally purchased, they were asking me where I wanted to fly. I told the girl that she should know what flight I purchased but she said she has more people she needs to contact and she needs to get my flights processed now. I even was nice and asked if this was a scam and she was very rude saying “where did you hear this, I need to process your flight” Luckily I was able to block them from charging my card before they did anything. My husband and I are military and we just needed a cheap flight to go home and see family because we do not have much money, but they kept insisting that I pay more than what was originally posted. They even asked a couple times where I was located in the United States and they did not know how to spell it the location I was trying to get to. I don’t recommend these people, and I’m glad I looked at the reviews here and listened to my gut because otherwise I would have been in really bad shape financially. Please just book through the actual airlines, I just can’t believe how many people are willing to take others money and not even feel bad about it.

STAY AWAY! WEBSITE SCAM!!… They advertised one thing but charge another. I received an email stating my flight wasn’t confirmed. I called and they told me that it was sold out and thus they had to charge me $1500 additional. WHAT?? I told them to cancel immediately and instead of apologizing, guy was super rude and hung up on me. I called my credit card company immediately and put a flag on them, just in case they tried to charge my account.

SCAM... stole my cc and charged me extra 572$
