fui estafado por cheapflightsfares.com mi consejo denuncien en la oficina de BBB en ohio debemos hacer viral la estafa de la cual somos objeto turistas de todo el mundo, es mejor hacer la reserva directamente desde la aerlinea , yo estoy en proceso de demanda por la via administrativa, les saldra caro.

I booked a direct flight and was contacted a month after I paid the full balance to say only 2/3 seats were booked and I needed to pay an addition £400 to rebook the seats. After going back and forth with them, they refuse to give me a refund and eventually rebooked my flight but this time it was connecting, which isn’t what I intended with 2 young children. So I didn’t get what I paid for and I had to fight with them to not pay any additional costs. To add more detail, the only reason they rebooked my flight was because I broke down into tears explaining I was a single parent and this was our first trip in years. I could not afford the £400 they were requesting and became really distraught. The manager on the phone said okay please calm down I will sort something and get back to you. However, 5 minutes before me breaking down he insisted I had to pay £400 or id lose my flight. Then miraculously after my breakdown he was able to rebook the flight but I had to stop in Iceland. Now anyone who is a parent knows stopping off with children is the last thing you want to do. My booking ref number as requested: CFS18093. I have all the email correspondences too.

Flight was booked for $270 I never received an email with flight confirmation until I called several times to push them for the information. When I checked the flight with American Airlines it listed the ticket as pending. I was assured that this was temporary. A few days later I received notification from my credit card company that a charge for over $1400 for Spirit Airlines was being attempted. I declined the transaction and cc company immediately froze my account t and sent a new card. I then check my American Airlines ticket and find it to be canceled. I called the company and was assured that they could reissue the ticket and just give them a few days. I said absolutely not & requested a refund. They are harvesting CC info. Buyer BEWARE!!!

There's an old saying “If something looks too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true”, and I've never seen a better example of this than the air fares advertised by a company called 'Cheapfly Shop' in London. I bought a return ticket to Bangkok for the advertised price of £543.46 only to be told the following day that this was not the purchase of an e-ticket, but only a standby ticket and there was no guarantee of my getting one for this flight; in fact they said there was only one seat left which would cost me an additional payment of £295.54, making the total cost £839.00. As this was approx £120 more expensive than a number of other travel agents advertised prices I asked for a refund, only to be told that my payment was non-refundable. Of course, I was over a barrel and I had no option but to pay the additional amount. Reading reviews of the company, I see that I am not the only one to be taken in by this scam. You have been warned.

Scam!!!!! Their website has multiple flights priced at a different price. After you book a customer service rep will can and state the flight is not available and try to offer you a flight double the price. This is false advertising and a scam!!!! Do not trust business!!!!

I wanted to give them Zero star but don't have an option. I booked and paid a flight for $188.00 round trip. They sent me an email saying that my reservation is still pending. 10 minutes later, they called me and told me that my flight is longer available. They then give me a higher price which is $300 more. Rediculous! Don't believe them, they are scam!!!

Reservé un vuelo por 123 dólares y apenas finalizado el trámite vía web, se comunicó una persona conmigo, con un pésimo español, para decirme que esa tarifa promocional ya no estaba vigente y que el precio real del boleto era de 325 dólares. Por supuesto que lo cancelé y por suerte no hicieron el cargo en mi tarjeta.
