🚨 Attention Travelers 🚨 DO NOT make any reservations with Cheap Flight Buddy. They attract customers with nonexistent “sale” prices to trap you into making a purchase. After you pay, they claim the reservation could not be completed at the advertised discounted price and give vague excuses. Then, they refuse to refund your payment, saying the ticket was already discounted. Instead, they pressure you into booking another ticket at nearly double the original price. Please be cautious and research companies carefully before booking flights.

This was a very disappointing experience. They advertised an approx. $1,200 flight for a $1,500 ticket, charged me approx. $500 upfront, and then failed to provide complete booking information. The pricing was misleading, and the communication was unclear and incomplete. As a student, this was very stressful and financially difficult. I would strongly advise others and never ever book with them. It is scam and they lied.

If I could give a negative star I would first and foremost they have you book at a low price and then add extra charges then when you call them they tell you that what ever the airline has available that what you need to take or upgrade your ticket or you will loose your money and the customer service people are RUDE please research before booking with these scammers

had a very disappointing experience with FlightBuddy. We paid over $1,000 for airline tickets, only to later be told that the tickets issued were standby tickets — something that was never clearly explained at the time of purchase. At no point during checkout was it made obvious that we were purchasing standby fares instead of confirmed seats. This created significant stress and uncertainty around our travel plans. Customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue, and the overall experience left us feeling misled and extremely frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering booking through this site to carefully review all ticket conditions and confirm directly with the airline before finalizing payment. Based on our experience, we will not be using this service again.

Hello, I decided to write a review. First, the money is immediately deducted from the card, but there are no tickets or confirmation (and it's unclear how long it will take). The phone number doesn't respond. Second, the website claims to offer 24/7 support, but in reality, there is no support at all. I sent an email, but there was no response. Essentially, you don't know what to do next. It's a terrible job.

Getting a flight through this company was too good to be true. We had a great price for a flight, but when we booked it the website glitched and made us go through booking again. We were then charged twice for the same trip, but then when we tried to cancel one of the reservations we were told we were not allowed without either upgrading the seats, or changing the flight date. After changing the date, the flight cost went from $220 all the way up to $551. When asked if we could just cancel everything, we were told if we cancelled no refund would be issued. This was a nightmare and I refuse to use this company ever again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere even if it involves a touch more money.

Nice bait & switch! I received a confirmation for the booking at the quoted price. Low and behold, I received a call that the booking was no longer available for that price. I could book the SAME flights for more than twice the original booking or I could switch my flights. I couldn't switch due to other connections so I asked for a refund since I didn't change/cancel the flights & was told I could only get credit towards another booking. Like I would book with you again after you failed to honor the booking you confirmed!

I will never use this company again. They lack transparency, and do not disclose that the "tickets" they sell are standby tickets. They are heavily discounted rates to reel you in, but what will likely happen is on the day of your trip you will learn that those tickets are no longer available and they will charge you exponentially more to get "guaranteed" tickets. It's a very shady practice.
