The part that involved Gary was satisfactory as it only involved delivery of my boarding pass and e-ticket. Being informed that the low priced ticket I initially purchased had numerous restitutions, was non refundable, was not confirmed, and likely to be cancelled, was extremely disconcerting as all new choices put me over an our away from my preferred destination and added $200 to my short trip to see my son. Alvin, who, earlier delivered bad news did patiently search for nearly an hour and a half for alternative flights was patient there were no options reduced the added cost for the flight and ground transportation. I feel like the low priced round trip flight with negatives of restrictions and the possibility of cancellation without refund was a bait and switch. I’m grateful I can still make the trip but the hour and a half uber rides add possibly another $200 if my son can’t pick me up.
