Brian Parker took the time to guide me tru the process. He was patient and very respectful, he also promise on the day before the flight he will again reach out to assist with the boarding pass, that's what makes Brian very good at his job, im very satisfied with his level of expertise.

I was impressed by the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff, but not so happy with the company's strategy, which seems to be to lure people in with low prices and then jack then up by forcing them ot upgrade later. This has made me think twice about future purchases.
