Check farecrown , that’s where they send us link to rate them . Spoiler : It’s a scam

Romen. Was amazing assisting me to check in on our flight ✈️. Was very kind when asking if he could assist that my senior mother could sit next to each other. Thank you roman for your assisting us.. very appreciated

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! they're quick to take your money, cancel the reservation and then keep the money. STAY AWAY!!! tried to book a flight to visit family for a 50th birthday party, they took my money, cancelled the flight and i'm still waiting for a refund

roman heiped me with my boarding pass thank you

Quick excellent service

This is a scam; stay away. I had a very disappointing experience with Farecrown. I was told I would be charged $1,200 for my ticket, but then I received a call telling me the ticket I "purchased" was a standby ticket, and it is not guaranteed, and no bags are allowed. They ended up charging me close to $1900 instead.

Kevin Peterson was very nice and helpful. Appreciate his patience!
