SCAM ALERT! The old bait and switch, they offer a price online and then call that you need to approve the charge for the booking and then tell you that flight is now full but for an additional 748.00 per passenger they can get you on another flight. I was yelled at and told LISTEN TO ME. He finally came down to an additional 99.00 per passenger after telling me I would not get my money back if I cancelled since I booked a no cancellation flight. I get to the airport and had to pay additional for my carry on and then had to pay for my return seat and carry on for the return flight. 1,100.00 original flight cost 1539.98. Now they have had me on hold for over an hour trying to argue it is the airline's fault. I'm still holding. The hold music is like water boarding but I got all night.....

This is another scam site. I bought a ticket with them, they cancel the flight and keep my money. They have not refund my money I paid. Brian was very helpful, patient and polite in helping me resolve my issues

Misleading prices on website. I was searching for premium economy flights, and the reservation had "premium" under the flight numbers, but in fact they were economy so I'd need an extra $400+ (after spending $475) to get premium. No refunds allowed, and I couldn't get a straight answer as to who was charging my credit card. Never again.

Total scam - after booking they tell you they can ask you to leave up to 2 days before or after your planned date. And they give no refunds or cancellation

Terrible/Horrible hidden fees and overcharging after we booked tickets for a funeral.there people are worst than funeral homes smh I’d rather go blind than go through this again

This company is a total scam/joke. I recommend not using them for anything. I purchased an airline ticket and found out that I could take any bags on the plane, not even a carry on. When I called them they said I had to pay another fee totaling $182.00 on top of the $261.00 that I had already paid for my ticket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Thank you, Brian Parker for the assistance in purchasing my airline tickets. Mr. Parker went out of his way by calling me several times to inform me tickets were less expensive. He worked with me the whole process. I really appreciate his time and assistance. I would definitely call him again for my next trip. Thanks Brian!
