Complete scam, price went from $1400 to $3000 took 2 hours and never got booking confirmation. They kept trying to charge my card different amounts and wanted to book family of 6 to 2 separate flights and dates. When I tried to cancel Julian said at first cancelation fee was $25 per traveler then he said was $85. They called my phone non stop and they were all coming in as spam calls

-2 stars! They are just liars and con artist. DON'T be fooled by them . After I reserved two tickets for my wife and daughter, they called me three hours later and said the flight was cancelled but I never cancelled they did after I received a confirmation from them, my wife and daughter were stranded at the airport in a foreign country....it is along awful and very frustrating story. DON'T EVER USE THEM EVEN IG THEY GIVE YOU FREE TICKETS.

It is bogus. They booked online but actually flight is not booked. Later ask for more money. Please avoid using it.

VERY BAD experience!! Please DO NOT use this company, after I booked my tickets for a very good deal I called them to purchase the seats i waited on the phone for an hour, also when I called it was no options for me to select only play music and finally I was able to talk to a representative, he was so unprofessional he kept putting me on hold silent without even notifying me which I thought that he hang up on me, then the representative said that I have no tickets and tried to sale me another tickets with MORE money more than double price I’ve paid before! I was lucky to cancel the tickets and look for another traveling agency!

I had a very bad experience I book a ticket to flight in the beginning of December when I got to the airport with my confirmation number in the counter find out that my flight was refund and my credit card was charger to the full price of the ticket, in the airport I had to buy another tickets, the agent from cheapfaresasap his name is Mosses now cheapfaresasap just had told that is no body there with this name and hung up the call without any explanation and my tickets was not refunded, this is a really ugly situation

BOOKED A FLIGHT WITH KIDS FOR AN UPCOMING VACATION. TRANSCATION WAS DONE AND THEY CALLED ME TO CHANGE MY FLIGHT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT BOOK FOR THE CORRECT PRICE, TRIED TO GET ME TO CHANGE MY DATES AND THEN CXL MY HOTEL AND REBOOK ANOTHER HOTEL. THEY ARE TOTALLY INEFFICIENT AND I DEALT WITH 3 PEOPLE, ONE BY THE NAME OF MOSES. I AM VERY ANGRY AS I HAD ALREADY SENT MY ITINEARY TO MY KIDS & FAMILY AND NOW I HAVE TO WORK ON GETTING THIS FIXED AGAIN. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, NO STARS WHATSOVER. VERY DISGUSTED. JULIE Z wow, i just read some of the other reviews and i am so disgusted as the same thing happened, they claimed incorrect pricing and tried to give me different flights and even wanted me to change dates of hotel booking. I definitely learned from todays experience. Disgusted with this company.
