I looked everywhere to find an outdoor light that matched the one we purchased at Costco and Cheaper By the Minute had a matching used light. We received it quickly and it works beautifully. Thank you so much!

Ordered a Kohler sink faucet but first needed a question answered about the product. A Cheaper by the Minute representative answered my question right away, so I ordered. The product came quickly, was well-packaged, and was exactly as described on the website. Even with a shipping cost, I got a really great deal on it, so recommend shopping with Cheaper by the Minute.

Disappointed
First I paid for usps priority mail, it’s was shipped ups, had to contact them and it was rerouted usps priority however that was on feb 1st. Have yet to receive the item purchased its now 2/6. Extremely disappointed they should refund my money No question Finally received today 2/8. Shipping label said priority 2-day, so how does it take 8days to go from Spokane Washington to Sacramento ca Really

We are sorry for the original mistake of the shipping label. I hope you see now we take our business very personal and corrected the issue immediately. Unfortunately there is the shipping company between us and you that we have no control over. Recently we have had some issues with USPS. That's one of the reasons why we try to use FedEx or UPS. In light of this, we hope you reconsider your initial two-star rating. Thank you so much for being a customer.
