Cheap Airport ParkingReviews of cheapairportparking.org

I reserved for a time span of 5 days and 12 hours and was charged for 6 days (totally fair). Because I arrived at the facility 23 minutes early and left 45 minutes later than the times I’d provided, (which was still well within the 6 days I’d paid for) they charged me an additional $7.50. I explained that I’d already paid for that time, but it didn’t matter. If you use this lot, be generous with your arrival and departure to avoid this ridiculous up charge.

Good discounts and easy booking

Excellent website, easy to navigate.

I recently booked the Orlando Airport Marriott through CheapAirportParking.org. The total for 7 days including local taxes was $60.78. We chose the Marriott, because we wanted trusted and predictable service. Note that CAP.org is a broker. The service was excellent. We had to cancel our trip because of Covid. Our money was promptly refunded. Note that some of the negative responses are for specific vendors, not the brokerage.

We just had a very negative experience with Gold Park Orlando that we reserved through Cheap Airport Parking. We have used their services several times before and had good results. We have used Gold Park twice before with good service, but this time the staff was different and the experience was terrible. The shuttle driver insisted we get out at the A terminal and walk across the entire terminal over to the B side for United instead of driving us there, refusing to listen to us tell him we had wheelchairs wsiting for us as neither of us at 75 and 78 could walk long distances! On our return, we had to call 4 times before anyone answered & then they were very rude. We waited almost 45 minutes for the pick up, and the lot was overflowing with cars, triple parked everywhere. We had to use our remote's panic button to locate our car, as we recognized nothing and it was parked in a different place from where we left it! Needless to say, we will NOT be using this lot again!! We probably won't use CheapAirportParking either, as you cane read live reviews or leave a review on their site. Update: We were contacted by CheapAirportParking, and they thanked us for contacting them. They shared that they try to check out the vendors but don't have any control over their practices. As a gesture of good faith, they refunded us the cost of our parking, which we had not expected or asked for. We will definitely use CheapAirportParking again, but will not be using Gold Park Orlando ever again. We really hope they will update their website to make it possible for customers to post reviews of the parking lots, both positive and negative.

*** You cannot leave reviews on CheapAirportParking's site, as they have turned off that feature (support confirmed), so you are not seeing current reviews *** I've used CheapAirportParking.com for years and have always liked the many LAX parking options they provide. It's easy to search for what you want and the reviews are helpful. However, the information about each parking location and how to use your parking reservation has sometimes lacked details and we've had to ask at the parking lot for information about how to redeem and how to catch the shuttle. And recently we had a very poor experience with our reservation for Airport Spectrum Parking, having to wait over half an hour for a shuttle, even though CheapAirportParking's site states shuttles run every 15-20 minutes. When I later checked Airport Spectrum Parking's site, they state 25-30 minutes. I notified both companies over a month ago and neither has corrected the mistake, and initially CheapAirportParking didn't even respond to me. I had to contact them a second time before they responded, and they were initially wrong about being able to leave reviews, as they later confirmed that feature has been disabled. Because of the above, I will no longer be using either company's service.

I unfortunately didn’t read the reviews on here since I was booking my spot as a last minute. This place is pure scam, ghetto, and the customer service there is super disrespectful. I never thought a business like this would exist in the US. I parked my spot for 5 am at the location close to SEA. When I came to drop my car, I called the number that was required: 2065046000. When I called, a rude guy responded and he said the lot was full and apparently I should have arrived 3 hours before my flight and then he just hung up on me. I tried to call back, and they didn’t answer my call. This is utter disrespect, luck of accountability and worst of all I almost missed my flight. Stay away from this as much as you can! You will pay more than you will be saving.
