No issues other than being very full so ended up parking on the top deck, not covered. Shuttles were timely, drivers friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service at the garage, rude, un-knolidgeable pesonell. No parking space, after I made reservations two weeks i advance.

Quick Park is the best option for anyone looking for long term parking near LAX. Well managed indoor garage and plenty of shuttles going to and coming from the airport.

The check out process was not smooth! I flew in late and hit there after midnight.. I was tired! Your e mail stated to scan the QR code from the e mail… it did not work!!! I had to go back in and check in at the front desk to get a ticket. If this had been explained in the original e mail that would have been fine, but I had to remark and go back inside to get this ticket.. it added at least 15 min to my last night commute. Annoying!!

When I was picked up from the airport to be taken back to my car when I got onto the shuttle the drive was in a hurry. I found a set and when I went to sit down I lost my balance an slammed into the window. Nobody even asked if I was okay. I was I in so much pain I cried all the way back. I was still crying when I got off the shuttle, the driver never said a word.

Everything was great. The ride from the airport back to Canopy was a little scary and the driver seemed to hesitate to use air conditioning so it was pretty hot in the shuttle.

Wow! Cheap Airport Parking totally exceeded my expectations…did I mention their daily rates..? Very very affordable yet, beautiful looking facilities and plenty of parking space!! Shuttles run very frequently at all hours or the day and night!

Always have available parking and shuttle service. However, the return flight had to wait longer than 20 minutes for shuttle to our car.
