I enjoyed my drop off experience greatly, it was super fast and they told me they had switched my pick up time from 3am the day my flight got in to 1am. When I came to pick up my car they had made a mistake and put it in long term parking. I ended up waiting 2 hours to get my car because they were so short staffed and what little staff they did have could not take me to get my car. They gave no indication of how long I was going to have to wait and seemed really annoyed by me even though my car was there for three nights total and should not have been taken to long term parking. I’m overall disappointed and dissatisfied with the parking here and would never park in this lot again.

Very organized and timely. Their shuttle took me to the airport right away, and had only a short wait when I returned. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

Always a great experience with the bus and drivers. Huge improvement when the switches vendors a year or so ago. Better drivers, better buses more frequent bus availability. They have made great strides. I’ve parked at the same place for 5 years and travel 45 weeks a year and truly enjoy the parking and shuttle experience. Cheap Airport needs an app. Make life easier for the travelers and this would be 5 plus stars. Great experience in booking, changes and updates. Prices are also great as parking at LAX is now $50 per 8 hour block which counts as 24 hours. Cheap Airport parking makes it easier and extremely economical.

Upon returning from our trip we found our car with a dead battery. Since we had already had a long flight from Vancouver and had a four hour drive to get back home, we were ready to cry. One of the attendants volunteered to help us if we had the jumper cables. We did and he helped us. We were so grateful. Also the shuttle drivers were awesome. Thank you from grateful heart in Atlanta.

Joe's parking had somehow been overbooked and I was rerouted to Airport Center Parking down the street. Ultimately, the companies did not seem to communicate my advanced payment.... We have always had very good experiences with Joe’s Parking. This time could not be more different. My reservation of $86.28 was prepaid on my credit card. To be clear, everyone that I spoke with or interacted with was very helpful and professional especially the shuttle drivers. The problem was that Joes overbooked the parking and when I showed up to the garage, I was told I would need to park in a different building with a differently names company several blocks away and I was told they would honor my reservation. While their system did allow me to enter the lot using my cell phone number, the problem was upon my return. It should be noted that the new building had tiny parking spaces and only roof parking available. When I returned from my trip, the exit gate monitor would not accept my phone number, or my scanned QR code. There was no one anywhere to speak with and when I tapped the “help” tab on the monitor, it called/rang several times before disconnecting several times. The monitor only gave me the option to pay $96.00 to exit which was very frustrating after I had paid in advance. I was only able to exit after showing a local resident, who had an entry/exit card, scanned his card when I showed him my paid in full paper work. Otherwise I would have had to pay (more than my agreed amount) just to leave and fight the charges later. The experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. After 15 years of good service, I cannot see how I will ever trust parking with Joe’s again.

I have been using the Sheraton Airport Parking for at least 10 years. The service and personnel at the Sheraton have always been very good. The only issue with their service is the wait time for a shuttle. That is because they do not run multiple shuttles and when you miss one, the wait is long. If they ran even two shuttles, the wait time would be improved dramatically.
