Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, and for providing us with additional information. While you feel we are being deceptive, I think this is a great opportunity to clarify that we provide a breakdown of price for every reservation. Before a customer checks out, they see a reservation summary, with the daily rate, along with the taxes and fees. Additionally, we make the taxes and fees for each lot clickable, providing customers with even more detailed pricing information. As with any sale, tax is included, and service fees are standard for most service websites. We can appreciate that you prefer to see this information before making a purchase. When shopping, whether online or in-store, it's typical to choose an item based on its standalone price. Only at checkout do people tend to evaluate the total price, inclusive of taxes and fees, before completing the purchase.
