Delay in shipment after check received
I had to call to see if the payment was received and request that the check stock be sent. This is the second order that I had to do this with.

Thank you for being a long time and valued customer. We appreciate all the feedback. We want to address the delays being related to us not receiving your mailed check payment in a timely manner. This is due to the issues that the USPS has been having with sending out mail since Aug 2020. Here is a sample of this being reported as late as Jan 2021: https://www.npr.org/2021/01/03/953073956/widespread-mail-delays-as-usps-faces-unprecedented-backlog We have other payment methods available such as using CHAX check payment via phone, fax, or e-mail, ACH transactions, along with credit card payment options that will allow us to process payment and your orders in a timely fashion (usually 1 business day).
