I requested a refund on the exact same day of purchase without ever using the service, which clearly qualifies for a refund under their stated policy. It has been over 5 days since their automated system told me a 'human staff' member would contact me, and I have heard nothing. I have a full log of my emails and timestamps showing I met all refund criteria. I am now considering escalating this as a cross-border dispute through the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan (NCAC) and filing a formal report with the Anti-Fraud Organization. I will also be contacting my credit card's fraud department to initiate a chargeback for 'Service Not Rendered' if this is not resolved immediately. Accidently signed up by mistake due to google sponsored search. Couldn't get my account deleted. They kept sending instructions that don't work. Ai support bot replies close to 48 hours after any emails sent. I do not recommend anyone signing up.

Don't use this service! It's a scam! Models claiming to be Claude or ChatGPT are not! The model can't identify themselves and will reply with "I'm an assistant." Subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you accidentally purchased a subscription through deceptive advertising.

SCAM — Impersonates Anthropic Claude via Google Ads I found this service through a Google ad while searching for "Claude AI". The ad mimicked Anthropic's branding, so I thought I was subscribing to the real Claude. I paid for a Pro plan on February 5, 2026. After subscribing, I tested their "Claude 4.6 Opus" model technically. It reported a context window of 8,192 tokens — the real Claude 4.6 Opus has 200,000 tokens. The training cutoff was listed as October 2023, when the real model has knowledge through 2025. They are NOT providing the models they advertise. I contacted support the same day requesting a refund.
