*Edit* Don’t sign up! I unknowingly signed up to a subscription which was not clearly stated. They keep trying to take money out of my account which I am unwilling to top back up until they stop! I have emailed multiple times to get it cancelled and they keep saying it’s and easy solution when it is not. My account does not give me the option to cancel this subscription but only to add card details. Every time I contact them, they send me the exact same email each time and are unwilling to help! When they say email them, there’s absolutely no point! I must have emailed 10 times and I get the exact same email back, exactly what they have replied to my review and do nothing to help!

Deceiving charging practices
Deceiving charging practices, went into the site to try once, they continued to charge $29.99 for 3 months when I found out. Useless not transparent fraudulent. You can get better A.I. for free on many other sites

Hello ChatDay Team, I have contacted you several times regarding a refund for a charge that was made to my card, but unfortunately, I have not received any proper response or resolution. I have all the evidence confirming the charge, including the payment date, amount, and card details. I have already provided the requested information, but I am still waiting for my refund request to be addressed. The charge of OMR 11.876 was made on August 26, 2026, and I subscribed to the service by mistake. I kindly ask you to review my case again and process the refund as soon as possible. Refunded my accidental purchase very fast
I forgot to cancel a subscription that I didn’t realise I had with chatday, however I did find that getting into the subscription management area was really confusing. I am not sure why the comments are so negative about the cancellation processes, as long as you request a refund within 28 days of the start of the subscription and don’t use the service they will refund you. Thank you very much for refunding extremely fast, great customer support and issue was resolved very fast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used the free trial again with no clear…
Used the free trial again with no clear advertising that I would be charged for subscription after the trial ended. Has caught the payment for 29.99 going out of my account a month later. Cancelled my subscription and requested a refund which was granted, a receipt for the refund was issued and nearly a month later I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted them where they continue to ask for the same details that have already been provided to them, and now I’ve heard nothing back. Really wouldn’t recommend this service - especially when there are so many other alternatives for either cheaper and that don’t have such poor customer service. Not sticking to their own terms put out on their website really just gives off SCAM.
