What a dreadfully clunky app this is! Everytime I want to use Messenger for WhatsApp, I have to enter my mobile number on my phone, wait for the code to appear, then type the code from my phone into my iPad. If I’m lucky, this works first time, but usually it takes 3 or even 4 attempts.

I use this to do calls, but in the call i get disconnected. When i use Whatsapp on computer, when i click "Call" it says "Microphone not found".

I've been using WhatsApp for several years. The app itself is quite useful, and the integration with the browser/pc app is pretty useful. Their customer support, however, provided me with the worst experience I've ever had with any support service by far! I had to reset my phone's data after having changed the number on my phone, which left me locked out of my account, which is quite annoying but not the reason I'm so dissatisfied. When I reached out to their support email, I received a string of copy paste emails, each 'written' by a different support rep, none of whom seemed to have read my messages and simply slapped on the first ready made message they thought relevant (assuming it wasn't sent by a bot that is). No point in writing them for any reason. You'll have better luck asking a magic 8 ball
