Very good experience
I've made a few purchases from this vendor. I've been pleased with the products and service from them. My only critique is that the communications regarding shipping are not very consistent. However, when I've emailed for updates, they've responded quickly with the details I've requested. If they are able to provide more accurate timelines for shipping and communicate more consistently, they would be a 5 star vendor!

Thank you for your feedback, it's valuable to us! As it happens that mirrors other conversations we've had and we are in the process of introducing 'predicted date of delivery' based on your location when you browse the site. This should be here in a month or two and we'll keep working hard for that 5th star :)
